This week we carried out another repair on a Main combi 30he.
The customer in Stanford-le-hope, Essex, gave us a call. After speaking to an engineer explained that to get hot water they have to have the heating on.
This being a a very common problem with the Main, Baxi and Potterton ranges, we had a good idea of what the problem would be!
After arriving at the customers house, we carried out a proper diagnoses on the boiler. We found that the diverter valve needed replacing.
The boiler was drained down, expansion vessel re-charged, old diverter valve removed and replaced, boiler then filled and tested.
We carry out all boiler repairs all over Essex, and work on getting to all our customers within 24 hours!
As you can understand its difficult for us to stock our vans with spares for every boiler, but we do our best to get the parts on the same day or within 24 hours of being on site.
